Edamame Wasabi Dip

This is great party food! Easy, healthy and yummy. You can also eat it as a healthy snack with veggie sticks.


Serves 4


  • 150g shelled edamame
  • 100g firm tofu
  • 1Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1-1½tsp wasabi


  1. Place all the ingredients and process until smooth.
  2. Serve with your favourite chips and vegetable sticks.


Memo: You can add either water or oil if you prefer a softer texture.
