Edamame Wasabi Dip
This is great party food! Easy, healthy and yummy. You can also eat it as a healthy snack with veggie sticks.
Recipe
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 150g shelled edamame
- 100g firm tofu
- 1Tbsp lemon juice
- 1tsp salt
- 1-1½tsp wasabi
Method
- Place all the ingredients and process until smooth.
- Serve with your favourite chips and vegetable sticks.
Memo: You can add either water or oil if you prefer a softer texture.
