Yoshiko is an expert teacher of healthy vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free cooking as well as both traditional and modern Japanese cooking. Originally from Japan, Yoshiko has been sharing her knowledge of cooking and the food industry for over 20 years in both Japan and Australia. She first came to Australia to meet the world famous chef Tetsuya Wakuda when she was 25, and then worked in his restaurant in the following year of 1999. Previously, she worked as a chef for over ten years in an eclectic range of restaurants – Japanese, Italian, Indian, Modern Australian, African, Greek, even a healthy catering company – as well as in one of Sydney’s world famous eateries. She also completed a degree in nutrition at a college in Sydney.
