Had a wonderful day day cooking all sorts of goodies. This was my second class. My favorite was learning how to prepare Agedashidofu, the results were delicious. I was pleasantly surprised that it was not as complicated to prepare as I I first thought. I will enjoy making this for my friends. The rest of the menu especially Inari Zushi was of very high standard. You will not go home hungry just hungry to taste it all. What I really like about this course that it is hands on, in all the preparation of the meal. Our teacher Yoshiko guided us through each step with great results. Yoshiko is well informed on the nutritional value of the ingredients used, everything was balanced with limited use of unrefined sugar. She also has a great sense of humour. Can’t wait for her cookbook to come out. If you are hesitant, I can only say make a booking you will not be disappointed.
