Vegan burger at The Hold, Manly  

The Hold is a bar and restaurant in Manly with a vegan version of everything on the menu, located a street back from the beach it so many burger options to choose from!

This place is great to dine plant based when you are dining with non plant based family or friends. It has a very unique menu.

Normally vegan people have to find vegan dishes – but here the menu offers a plant based and non-plant-based version of all (except four) of their dishes.

Menu – Plant and Non Plant Based Options 

For example, I ordered ‘SEOUL SURVIVOR’ a plant based version, so instead of having Korean fried chicken, I had vegan chicken but the rest of the fillings were the same. I paid $5 extra to add the chef’s garden salad. The salad was kind of small, so to be honest I would not bother to add the salad for next time.

 My hubby ordered beef burger… can’t be bothered to remember his one. The black flag signifies the burger was not plant based.

As a side we ordered loaded fries with guacamole, cheese and bacon.

It was so great to see a restaurant that caters for everybody! There are so many types of plant based burgers so I will definitely go back to try some more!
