Wasabi Cauliflower

Wasabi Cauliflower

Wasabi is not just for sashimi. You can stir into your dish. Please this beautiful creamy cauliflower with kick of wasabi.

Recipe

Ingredient

  • 700g (24.5 oz) cauliflower,cut into small florets
  • 100ml (3.5fl oz) water

Sauce

  • 400ml soy milk
  • 1 TBSP corn starch (Lets try kuzu!!)
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 3 tsp wasabi paste

Method

  1. Place cauliflower and 100ml water. Put a lid on and cook slowly for 8 mins or until cooked.
  2. While cooking cauliflower, mix all ingredients of sauce.
  3. When cauliflower is cooked add sauce mixture and keep stirring.
  4. Once sauce get thick, turn the heat. Sprinkle freshly ground pepper.
