Matcha Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We carefully pack our organic Japanese matcha to arrive fresh and perfect. Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Please double-check your shipping address; we are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect details.
Australia:
– Free shipping on all subscription orders
– One-time orders under $100: $10 flat rate
– One-time orders over $100: free shipping
International:
– $35 flat rate per order (applies to one-time and subscription orders)
Subscriptions
Subscribers always enjoy free shipping (Australia). Discounts and benefits are limited to one subscription per customer/account/email/address. Repeated cancellation and re-subscription to exploit promotions may result in account suspension. Customers will be able to pause their subscriptions up to 3 consecutive billing cycles (monthly/quarterly). Subscriptions can be cancelled with at least 5 days’ notice before the next shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
Because matcha is a consumable product, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once the package seal is opened. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Order Cancellations
To cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders already dispatched cannot be changed.
