SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Return Policy.
- FREE shipping on all orders – NO tracking
- Tracking available on orders via Australia Post with $15
- 2 – 5 business days to arrive
- $15.00 for any orders over 50g
- 5 – 20 business days to arrive
*If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days and you will be contacted via email.
*Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Occasionally an order may fall outside the estimated delivery window. As per Australia post policy.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Cooking with Yoshiko ships to addresses within Australia, and Post Office Box addresses.
Cooking with Yoshiko is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
*Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at email@example.com within five days of purchase.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All the goods must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage.
You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit, therefore, advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Cooking with Yoshiko will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
