Matcha Green Tea Coconut Toast
You can prepare the topping while you toast the bread. It’s that quick and easy.
This photo was taken for my Japanese Superfood Cookbook before I discovered high quality ceremonial organic matcha, which I currently use and sell. I was shocked by how much brighter and tastier this type of matcha is.
After finding out how amazing matcha’s health and beauty benefits, I thought it really does worth money to buy higher quality matcha to receive maximum benefits!
I am a bit embarrassed to show this photo because the matcha I used for this photo was ceremonial grade matcha for Japan, however it was not high quality and as you can see it results in the duller green colour and a more bitter taste.
